Hi guys, welcome back to my blog… How did you miss me? On today’s post, I will be talking about this boss chic look! Well, now that summer is gradually coming to an end, I guess we must show as much vibrant colours as we can before we hibernate.

This two-piece double breasted pink suit came with a slight doubt on the verge of purchase, but I tell you, it is totally worth the decision to buy. I got this suit from Zara online (Well I do 99.9% of my shopping online hahaha) I liked the fit on the model that helped with my decision. I was a bit sceptical of the colour, but opted for it, instead of the very popular yellow it also comes in.

I fell in love instantly when I got them through the post, the colour is a bubble gum pink, or powder pink, the tone is so cool, you could easily rock it or style it how you want.  As Zara mostly use size 5’10 models, I was a bit concerned about the length of the trouser, I’m a bit taller and it wasn’t long enough on them. I still made it work, I loved it that much.

I wore this to match because I wanted to really showcase its colour and beauty in all its glory all buttoned up and proper but toned it down a bit with the black mules and accessorized with a belt bag.

You can wear this in various combinations. To match, like I have, with a white or black shirt or t-shirt. You can also mix and match the jacket with other pieces like black trousers or short tights, style it with a sandal heel, sneakers or pumps. Feel free to cool it down or pump it up! It is that versatile!

Welcome back to my blog guys! I know some of you may be wondering why I haven’t been posting for a while now. Well, nothing in particular. I have just been juggling lots of things and going through adulthood really. I am getting to understand what my parents meant when they adviced me about responsibilities as a woman! Hahaha I kid you not, growing up is no joke, I’m sure some of you can identify with that. But not to scare those without responsibilities yet, it’s actually not that bad…..psych!

Back to why we are here! This is one look I really wanted to share with you guys. Everything about this look vibes well with me. It screams class, elegant, stylish, chic, flirty, fun… you name it. The set is bright orange, but has a really cool undertone to it, the black single buttons on the jacket relaxed the bright colour of the outfit and made it look even more chic.

This outfit, however, might be a limited option for different occasions, but this is one statement piece that would not go unnoticed. Being that this is summer, you can’t go wrong with a bold colour.

I got this matching set from Asos, although they are sold separately. You can pair the jacket with a dress or even a jean. And you can also pair the skirt with a top, or a different jacket.

The orange mules are from Zara. They are velvety and the heels are really low, making it super comfy for anyone. I am really obsessed with mules at the moment, I literally wear them with everything, and they are so comfortable and yet stylish.

The black bodysuit is an old one from Prettylittlething. I think every woman should have a bodysuit of some sort in their wardrobe, it comes in handy when you least expect.
So it is safe to say an orange look is a whole VIBE on its own! All you need to do is wear it with a smile! 😀

Outfit links are down below. Unfortunately, this orange jacket is now sold out, but I have been able to find similar options here- JACKET 1 JACKET 2 SKIRT BODYSUIT 1 BODYSUIT 2 BODYSUIT 3

I love shirts, and I love dresses, so turning a shirt to a dress is the sweetest combination ever! Like I had so much fun combining this look, it may not look like much but I had to make a statement someway somehow.
In case you are wondering, yes it is really my hubby’s shirt! I mean his stuff is mine too right? I love raiding his closet and I think he loves it hehe. I wanted to style a shirt with no pants and I thought to myself, why buy a shirt when you can steal (take) his.The trick is, for this look, you may need to go for an oversized shirt, when it’s true to fit, it may give a different look. I was going to take some photos with the shirt without the belt, that is also another way of wearing it. Hmm, let’s enjoy this look, I will save it for another day. Maybe a patterned shirt will be best suited for a no belt shirt dress look.
So like you already know, I’m wearing my hubby’s shirt, I think they are Charles Tyrwhitt, he wears really fitted shirts, so it doesn’t look bad on me. I styled the shirt with this red belt I got from Stradivarius, and paired it up with this gorgeous red heels. Accessorized with this beautiful pair of silver earrings and we are ready!I think this is a beautiful and easy look you can easily pull off. Get in your Man’s closet, you’ll be surprised what you’ll find!

Yes, it’s check season again! Well, I know I may be a bit late, but trust me when I say, I have been wanting to post this for a while now, given my love for checkered clothing. Checkered clothing are the rave of the moment, they have always been around but it’s coming back in fashion and everyone wants to get their hands on one. Whether digging some out of your closet or turning those old school uniforms into fashion, you cannot go wrong.  There are different types of checkered fabrics and design available in different clothing items from dresses to pants and even bags. We’ll all love to snag one of them for ourselves! I love them in dresses and skirts, so, for my outfit, I went with this black and white check dress from Boohoo. They look very particular, the frills on the sleeves just add to the beauty. The fabric of the dress is soft and stretchy. Everything about the dress is beautiful. For my shoes, I was going to opt for a contrast coloured heel, but then I went with this cute sandals from Zara. I finished the look with this cute pair of red earrings, and I’m loving the results. I hope you love it too!

I am feeling all shades of cool with this look, you know how I mentioned my devotion to dresses in the last blog post? Well, this is what I mean. I feel like I have cheated on dresses all this while, but I have the weather to blame for that. If we haven’t met, I am Violet Ezedimora and my love for dresses knows no bounds 😀 And today, I’m wearing this beautiful soft and gorgeous red dress from Asos, I love how effortlessly lovely it looks. This dress is perfect for pretty much anything; a night out, casual day, it just depends on how you accessorize. The silver Zip detail also added to the cheerful beauty of this dress. For shoes, I opted for this stunning thigh high boots from Zara, the style of the boots; especially the shape of the heel made me fall in love when I saw it, I knew I had to get it! The material is soft leather, and the feeling is so cool on the skin, I think it really complimented this look..and my legs of course!

I will call this my preppy look. This here is me; when I look like this, I feel so confident and comfortable because I know there is nothing to adjust. However, this doesn’t change my devotion to dresses, but all dress and no play makes Violet a dull girl. I have a thing for neat and coordinated looks, the colour match is so beautiful and pleasing to the eye. The Navy blue sweater is from PrettyLittleThing, and the knit pattern is so detailed and beautiful that it can also be paired with a different colour of jeans or skirt. I decided to go with this gorgeous pair of jeans from ASOS, these are my favourite, because they are so light, stretchy, well detailed, and super comfortable, they feel like jeggings but come with pockets and I totally love them!Inside the sweater, I’m wearing a Polo by Ralph Lauren shirt. Everyone should have a shirt like these in their closet, they can come in handy when you least expect. These studded sneakers are from Aldo, and honestly, they are the best pair of sneakers I own. And the perfect pink bag is from Zara, The color contrast for me killed the look. Oh wait, maybe the orange lipstick did. But I think the entire color combination is bomb!

Today I am rocking this beautiful Fur (synthetic) Peach Coat to say bye to winter…I will not miss you. Hello and welcome, spring. I am super excited about the combination of this look. How elegant and classy. I am wearing a fitted black pair of jeans, a thick black turtleneck bodysuit, and I crown it up with this gorgeous peach coat. This Coat is everything; feels light but super warm…. really lovely. I am standing tall in these block high-heeled ankle boots. For accessories, I went with this wool wide-brim fedora for colour match, a pair of these black faux-fur cuffed leather gloves for class, some cute studs, and a bag to finish the look. Is it me or this is just peach perfect? (No pun intended)

DISCLAIMER! This is not a movie!

We are talking about this beautiful grey look. There is something about this colour that makes it so cool yet powerful, maybe because of it’s neutrality or it’s relation to white and black, it is dark, yet bright and compelling. Maybe the idea of grey is beginning to make me think wild lol, let’s come back here for a second. There are loads of colours that can be paired up with grey, from yellow to green and even purple, it has a class of its own. But today, I have decided to go with the traditional white and black. It’s relation to these shades makes it pleasing to the eyes. I totally love this look. It is dark and mysterious. Yet bright and fun.

The Knitted roll neck Jumper is from ASOS, I was on the lookout for a grey Jumper and I was beyond happy when I saw it, and I didn’t even break the bank. They retail for £40 but I got them on sales for £24! Check out the link below to get yours. I went with a pair of ripped white skinny Jeans also from ASOS, these jeans are the comfiest ever! they are super soft and stretchy, I absolutely love them. They are on sales too, so someone is in luck.

Not to stray away from the grey look, I went with a different shade of grey boots from New look. The finish I think is rather stunning. But I wanted some more to this look, so I threw in this black hat also from ASOS, they are £20 and the black bag from Zara. I accessorized with this pair of dainty silver studs.

Comment below on how you paired your GREY.

It’s the Season of Love, and Red is the perfect color! Asides the season, I think I am beginning to have a thing for this color. Red just has a way of adding that perfect touch when pieced together properly. It shines bright and gives you that polished look. I opted for this style for it’s fun and chic effect. To compliment the look, I played around with a red lipstick (I know I am mostly wearing red anyways, don’t judge me) The red Jumper is a particularly stylish and chic one, I love the puff sleeves, and pulling it to my elbow makes the puff more visible, and gives a different dimension to the look.

I got the Jumper from ASOS for £30, not a bad buy, you’re in luck, they are on sales now for £15 so you can grab yours before it’s all gone.
For the skirt, I opted for this number from Boohoo. It is a black studded denim with a colorful embroidery which looks really lovely, the touch of red on the skirt also shows our color theme and I am living for this combination! I paired the outfit with this lovely high heel court shoes from Zara, it’s a sock style heels, I am not wearing the stockings separately. The heels added a classy touch to the look, making it even more stunning. I love this pair so much, sadly they are sold out.
For the finish touch, I accessorised with these silver studs from my closet.

Today I am wearing a color block sweater, I love them so much, the color combination does something to my inside. They are from PrettyLittleThing, and they are really pretty. I paired them with a skirt I dug out of my closet. The hat is also from PrettyLittleThing. You can get the stockings from Calzedonia and sandals from Asos. The sweater is sold out for now on PrettyLittleThing, but the hat is still available.
